Hi,
I booked a refill couple of days back and today i got a message today stating the cylinder has been delivered against my refill. I have not received the cylinder yet and when i dial 1800333555 to enquire no one answers it.
Sometimes the IVR says, "Sorry your call cannot be processed". I don't understand what is the number for?
Please let me know if you have any alternate number to get to a customer care executive.
