I am a registered consumer of Indane LPG gas through its distributor in Srinagar M/S. Kashmir Gas Agency Haft Chinar Srinagar Phone No.0194-2311910 under Consumer. Identity No. KGA 18556 I have been very often experiencing difficulty in obtaining home delivery of LPG refills because of the unfair trade practices of the above said agency. The employees of the agency force us to procure refill cylinders through black marketing by dilly dallying timely supply of refill cylinders. It it seems that this practice is being done in connivance with the owner of the agency. As an example I cite my recent experience. I booked my order for home delivery some ten days before and since then I am only reassured time and again about delivery of reill cylinders every time I call the agency but the refills have not been delivered though I brought it to the notice of the owner of the agency. There is no shortage of gas in the city and I have seen delivery vans of the said agency selling these refill cylinders to such consumers who pay them extra money or sell them through shopkeepers in clandestine manner.
Please take this issue with the relevant quarters for fair deal to honest consumers.
