Non delivery of gas cylinde

DEAR SIR.,

i have recieved gas cylinder from JIVAN JYOT GAS SERVICE at Naroda Patiya Bus-stop opp. st bus stop. my identity no. TSV 1684. we have booked our cylinder on 17th jan. 2010. but until now (6/10) they havent delieaverd it. this is the 3rd time of complain agains about irregularity of suply services. i've inqure in this matter from its office but they give us negetive respone and sold the cylinders in black marketing. this is the last time we have complain you otherwise i 've took this matter to court.
