DELAY REFILL SERVICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is NARAYAN DUTT and consumer no 36756 . I have booked refiling cylinder on 26.02.2011 and till date i did not receive the same. During my continuous communication to their staff they are not replying positively and still it takes 6 days more they said. We face this type of problum every time.

My distributor name is PARUL GAS SERVICES ADDRESS SANT NAGAR, BURARI DELHI

So please Request to take appropriate action so that i do not feel any apprehension.
