This is to inform you that I applied for a passport for my daughter (Niharika Shiva) from Regional Passport Office Lucknow (Application No. M001802/09) in March. She is a minor and I am a scientist in GOI autonomous body. I am still waiting for her passport to delivered by the office. I frequently checcked their website for the status- which always says due to unavoidable circumstances, the despatch is delayed and it will be done in a weeks time!!! since MAY to till DATE. Their telephone is working but nobody attend for query. I sent many complaints for redressing this in thier website-but no reply to any of those.
