Non-responding and misbehaving of L.P.G. gas agency

Dear Sir/Madam

Sub:- Non Responding and Misbehavior of L.P.G. gas agency.

Consumer number- KS15449, I P.C. Sahu residence of concor colony near tughlakabad, rail reservation counter. I have booked the cylinder on dated 24th Novembor through Auto Tele Booking 1260, now the cylinder has not yet reached. I have tried so many times to speak to my gas agency K2 International but the telephones have not been responded always in engage position. Today I have spoken to 9810471178 but the response was threating and misbehavior.

Please help me to provide gas cylinder urgently.
