Egarding delay in gas cylinder by gas agency

Dear sir,

I would like to bring litigation against M/S pooja Gas Service (ph:04842427169), Thrikkakkara kakkanad Ernakulam. The agency does not deliver of gas cylindre after booking within two weeks. I had booked on 4/10 But the agency telling that the gas cylinder will issue on next month 10/11

Isincerly request you taken necessary action. If not I will loose confidence on I O C administration.
