Delay in supplying gas cylinders

I have ordered for a gas cylinder from Maruthi Dist in Welcome Colony, Anna Nagar Extension, Chennai 600101 on 17th Jan. They promised it in 10 days but I have still not received it. When I call them they are rude and ask me to find another dealer. My consumer no is 57713.

Please take some action on this.
