This is to complain against Messers Swatantra Gas Agency, Kanpur. Although it has been widely published in the newspapers, (Dainik Jagran - kanpur edition, dated 8th July) that there is no restriction for booking a gas cylinder before 21 days, yet this agency denies to take any booking before the said time. His telephone lines are always busy and if you go personally to book in his office, you will be humiliated as if you are not a cutomer, but a beggar at his mercy. All the consumers in the area feel as if held hostage by the agency. Indian Oil should atleast keep a tap on their agents who by the years have turned into Mafias, troubling the population who have no private options available, but to suffer at the hands of Govt. Companies. I am scared to give my connection No. in fear of furthur harrassments from the agency.
