We are an existing customer of Tata Indicom Broadband Internet Services and the validity of our plan is till 14/02. However, we had renewed the same and our Order Number is :3308357. Further, we need to change the User ID since the earlier user has left our Company. Please indicate as to how this could be done without having to change our plan.
