Dear sir,

i have got a message that you have won a recharge of Rs.50 full talk time. and i have confirmed it with the number which was given. but unfortunately i have received only rs.42.30. already i talked with two three customer executives and they told it will be ok within 48 hours.but it was not ok after more than three days. please help how to proceed in this case.
