I had received a call from beg it today marketing deptt.0n last week of july the Executive said because you are our old & prime customer you have won a gift Rs. 1, 08, 000/- but the condition was if you give me a new order of any product we will give you the some so i was place a Samsung camcorder I HAD PAID Rs. 11399/- & other Rs.1196/- my booking id no. is 110080897 or 110080898 after my payment from my axis bank credit card he said you had won surat Diamond Coupon 20*5000/- of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- & 4 watch. I had asked the Executive & conform his Manager can i use the 3-4 coupon at the one time he why not you can use. But Next day i had call customer care and conform him he said no you can use only one coupon .than i had cancelled my order my complaint no. 572678 he said you order cancelled very soon and refund to your credit card with in your due date my due date was 30/08/10 but till date i have not received my refund. My bank has debit me debit charge. I had Called so many time in customer care but they are said me all time new story. So please do needful or revise my debit charge or my refund.
