Service issue

I brought a fastrack watch N6027SM01 on 20/9 from just in time at jangali maharaj road pune, which had a strap problem,

i gave the watch for repair on 14/7..

today is 21/8/12still i dint get my watch back..hafazard answerz are given by the shopkeeper... no response to calls made at fastrack service center... i m frustrated... i had waited for more than a month for a small strap problem... n still dint get it back...

no response/no replacement...

vry much pooor service they are having...
