I have booked for refill cylinder of Indane on 21st Dec.09, through IVRS. The booking number is I 504. But, till date I didnt get my refill cylinder. While I contacted the gas agency office today, for knowing the position of my booking, they told me that no booking was done against my consumer no. Kindly note at this juncture that, lot of similar complaints are hearing against this agency like this.

I requesr you to kindly look into this matter and solve my hardship.
