MISSING FROM CONTRACT- AFTER COLLECTING MONEY FOR A YEAR

I got pest control service contract from ISS hicare - Chandigarh for cockroach problem in march. There is no relief from cocroach problem yet, we can see many cocroaches

I complained about it to customer service in CHANDIGARH many times and many TIMES ON THERE WEBSITE initially they said they will come, then they stopped responding also, even There phone has stopped responding

I think they are cheating people by collecting money in advance and then not reponding- or is the company still there or closed down
