I am Dr. Shwetha. Proprietor of Specialists Dental Center, I had been approached by Ms. Gracey on 27th July who claimed to be your company's sales representative and PR manager. She convinced me register my clinic website for search engine optimization in google, and collected Rs-11300/- (Corporation bank Chq dated 01/08). She had promised me that the optimization process will be done within 15 days (it was told me in the month of July)
After that Mr. Deepak called me around 16th of August asking for some technical details of website, Me being a doctor could not understand those technical terms and I had requested him to mail me the details what he is looking for. But nothing happened after that.when I spoke to him today morning he claimed that he has sent me the mail. which I never received, he also claims that he called 2 to 3 times and I never responded, which never happened with me for past one decade.(being a doctor i receive every single cal).finally he says its not his duty to cal and take the information.
The person who visited my clinic and collected the money, Ms. Gracey stopped receiving cals and if we tried from new number she would receive the cal and claims to cal back and that will never happen, next time she will not receive the cal from that number aslo
I would like to know, how get my money reimbursed from this company called IT NETWORK SOLUTION
