I have purchased the above unit from VIJAY SALES, Mumbai vide their invoice no. 83BWGO3-10SIA0T 174 dt. 05.03.10
1. My complaint is about the compressor making loud noise, vibration
and humming sound. I feel, it is more than the standard prescribed
for 1 tone capacity WAC.
2. Secondly, as per law as well as for the sake of transparency to
the customer ; your company has nowhere mentioned the
name /type/ make or specifications of the COMPRESSURE fitted
in this unit.
3. Thirdly, teh original grill of the unit was lose, co. promised to replace with proper original grill, but not done.
Kindly attend to these complaints.
