Dear Sir/Madam
I wish to inform of your janani enterprises balant disregard of safety issues. Today morning I informed them of malfunctioning regulator, as gas was still passing thru to the stove even after the regulator was switched off. The Person I spoke to at 080-41636191 told me that he will sent a person to check.
One executive came to my house at Hebbal and checked the same and left the house abrutly without giving a proper explaination. When I spoke again to Janani enterprises, they told that the gas cylinder's pin was not working and as the cylinder was taken by me only 10 days ago, we should allow it to empty.
On my protests, he told that he will sent the service boy again and then the service boy came and changed the regulator. He asked for Rs 350 as regulator charges.
I refused that since regulator is your property and I cannot bear expenses since I took the connection only 3 months ago.
What is shocking is your agency's light handed approach to customer's safety concerns.
I expecting that the agency treats us well in future as we are your customers expecting safe products from you.
