Hi,
Agarwal Packers and Movers reluctant to pay for damaged goods as per their company policy. Plz help us out. Kindly see the below mails done to Agarwal Packers and Movers for getting payment done….They not only deny to do the payment but says damage not done by them…They should be shameful to give such an irresponsible and indifferent attitude. They just wanna wash their hands and escape from paying us for damage inspite of we paying them 56000 for transportation, 36000 for warehouse and 5000 for taking insurance. They claim that damage wasnot reported on the same day when goods were unpacked. Plz let me know if anyone can check all goods same day specially electronic goods. Inspite of communicating them through telephone the very next day delivery of goods about damage to their people: Dinesh, Ria, Rajendra coming to house and himself witnessing all damaged goods which is worth about 15000 ; now refusing to acknowledge the same which is shameful on reputed company like agarwal packers and movers. I request everybody never to take their services in coming future …..

This is not at all true. Plz find four goods being damaged. Same was conveyed to Mr Rajendra and Ria. Kindly confirm with them same thing. I have been writing in mail same things and same was conveyed also on phone to Rahul, Ria, Dinesh... hundred times. Its pity that such a big reputated company doesnwant want to paay for all damaged goods inspite of we taking insurance and trusting them. Its too much. As usual no surveyer has bothered to come today. Hats off to your services.

Just now somebody called up (i fail to understand why a carpenter is being sent for survey instead of some learned and efficient, competent person again and again) and told he wont be able to come today until 7 pm... how our work will be done if somebody comes so late. You have to update the progress for this claim at the soonest possible to me.

I got my household articles including motorcycle and car transported through Agarwal Packers Movers via GC no 4160256 dated 12.3.2011 from Hyderabad to Nopida and took delivery on 9.10.2011 to Noida after paying the warehouse cost..When things were unloaded, I noticed following items have been damaged:
1. Fridge LG (package no 2) : Cooling not taking place.
2. Washing Machine IFB (package no 3) : Top cover broken
3. Microwave oven Godrej (package no 72) : Front panel broken and door misaligned
4. TV Trolley (package no 94) : Front glass door broken
We have also taken insurance of Rs 100000 through your company for all our goods. As per your terms and conditions, Kindly get the above items repaired ASAP as I need to use these above products on daily basis. I have been pursuing you for the same since last 25 days but no action has b een taken by you till date... I again request you to take immediate action and help me reduce mental agony and physical exertion caused due to performing jobs manually due to above mentioned gadgets being damaged and faulty. Plz get them repair earliest as per your company policy and stated reputation.
