Deficiency in Service

I have purchased 2 IPOD's from 100nests.com by paying online on 29th May'11 covering shipping charges. Total amount paid Rs 998/-

Since then I've been trying to contact them at below no's/email id's/messages but no response

Surprisingly I got an sms asking me to pay Rs. 699/- on COD as my IPOD's have been dispatched. To stop delivery i should sms stpi to 922009220. Since I had already paid i imm sent the message to stop delivery.

I got the reply from 9250255008 saying that representative would contact me. However, no one has called me.

Request you to look into the matter as it seems that I would end up losing my money
