I have bought a koryo 1.5T window ac last year. it ran well till last week. We had called the servicing cell of Koryo for routine servicing to which they responded by telling us that we have to contact Bangalore for servicing - the requests ran for over a month after which last Wednesday their servicing people landed in our office for servicing. After that the AC ran properly for three days viz. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Today since morning the temperature is stuck at 30 degree and we have been calling their servicing cell in Kolkata again to which they are again giving us lukewarm response. Overall it's an example of very very poor after-sales service from a reputed group like Future group.
