Dear sir/madam,
I am Mr P Ratnakar i had odered bajaj micro oven on 01/11 in Tradus.in Website. They delivered the good from Bluedart Courrier service. The courrier service person called me and told that he has doubt of destroy of that good. So i kept a mail to the tradus.in customer care service that i am not willing to receive that good. I asked them to replace the good or pay money back. All this process in goung from 15 days but i didn't got any reply fro mthe tradus.in service. So please give your advice to get the good or money back to me.
