LG/LG GS290 mobile phone
Not working properly

My phone LG GS290 (cookie fresh) is not working properly although it is under warranty.

It got problem with its touch screen but 2months ago now it is showing a message like not enough memory to do that operation. or i m unable to download any file from internet. And now i even unable to reply the messages.
