LG GS290 worst cellphone, worst after sale services

Hello, I bought a LG GS290 in the month of july and it hasnt been even a year and I am just fed up of these never ending problems, I first had problem in the touch pad that was solved after sometime from the service centre it self but then soon after that I started having problem in the battery, I would put it on charging for the entire night but still it wouldnt show even a single line in the battery, this problem started in december. The servive at service centre is one of the worst of its kind, first they made me come their centre every other day and each day I would get the same response that there is no spare battery with us then after full one month they told me that they have got the battery for my handset, then they asked me to but it even though my handset was still under the warranty period, finally I bought a new battery but still the issue is not solved, I am just having a very hard time with LG.

please help with issue as soon as possible.
