SERIVE CHARGES AND WRONG MESSAGES

I had purchased LG Split AC model LSA32G5NTY1 ON 27.04.2009.On that ac a sticker pasted informing that 3 free services, but the duration is not mentioned. Unfortunately my remote was not worked since March. I think that it was a battery complaint. On 29th of June i was raised a complaint and the technician came and informed that the free service period was over and it was only within one year its display was gone EBR37409501 Priced Rs.294.

The details of free service was not informed by the dealer or the fitter at that time. I am not aware of this and the sticker informing the offer misleads me.

Including service charge i have lost Rs.736 within one year. So i really feel bad with LG Products. Please note that i have purchased one refrigerator and LCD TV .All are LG Products eventhough the dealers are recommended for other products
