Dear Sir,
I had bought a 4-burner gas stove with chimney about two years ago.
Now I find to my dismay that I have to replace the burners which cost Rs550, 450, and 350 for burners of different sizes. I have to buy the rubber gasket too for it has worn out. the edges are as sharp as a knife and many a times while I was cleaning the stove, I cut my fingers.. For that service charges was Rs200/-
I find that it is atrocious that a big company like Faber uses cheap materials and sells goods at huge price. If they find fault is the burner, they have to replace the faulty one themselves without charging the customer.
This is the first time in my life I replaced burners within two years of purchase.
