Non replacement of product under warranty

I had purchased a water bottle from the Hindware Home retail Pvt Ltd. shipra mall, indrapuram, gaziabad. uttar pradesh. it had a life time warrenty printed on it. but soon after my purchase it got cracked at the bottom, n when i went back to the store and complained about it and even produced the bill, they refused to accept it back n said there is no warranty on it. please take the proper action.
