I Jacob Jaison is a customer of your domestic gas service under the agency Dreams indane services Pannimattam Chingavanam, my consumer no: is 9235, i had received gas lastly on 16-7-10. eventhough i had booked for the gas on 27-08-10 with booking no 1967 i didnt got the delivery despite of my frequent requests. I went to the agency to collect the gas by hand but they didnt give. at the same time the gas is easily available in black market. I request you to seriously look into this issue, because the agency is not only denieng the customers right but also indulge in un lawfull act of enhancing black market sales. hope u will do the needfull otherwise consumer court is the only option for me to get justice.
