Delay in delivery

I am very sorry to write again for the same matter. I

am a LPG domestic indane gas consumer of T.R.Gas agency Mattannur,

Kannur Dt. KERALA bearing the consumer no: 8119. I have booked for a

refilled cylinder on 13-09 (my booking number is 3777). I am

waiting about 48 days, while the agency delivered without priority.

What can I do?

About two months ago I has been complainted for the poor delivery

system of the existing agency and you replied that in future, it will

supplied regularly. Many times I called agency but no favourable

response.

Please made arrangements to get the cylinder in priority.
