Lpg gas agency force to purchase cooking stove

I am mandeep singh.indane oil corporation has allot me a lpg gas cylinder (waiting list number -111104970003758) and went to Rajindra Gas Service which is situated in Near Harbans Cinema, Rajbaha Road, Patiala.they force me to purchase a cooking stove from them otherwise they will not give me the lpg gass cylinder.they forcefully sold me the cooking stove.please take necessary action against them.
