Meter fitted but gas connection not made

I am a senior citizen aged 64 years.

In my flat the MGL has fitted meter 2 months back but the final connection between the VALVE and GAS STOVE is not yet done. For last two months I have been reminding them. One Mr. Dinesh comes and inspects and promises to do the needful in 2-3 days and then vanishes! All their payments are already made.

Kindly help me in getting the connection.
