Meter installed but Connection not given

I am a senior citizen aged 64 years.

In my flat the meter is installed by MGL and pipe line is brought up to flat 2 months back. The connection from the VALVE to the GAS STOVE is not made by MGL.Despite dozens of reminders and follow up with the concerned person Mr. Dinesh no action is taken only promises are given.

All payments to the MGL are already made.

Kindly help me solve the problem.
