Not getting gas connection feedback from last 3 months

I amit s more applying for NEW PNG gas connection (mahanagr gas ltd) from last 3 months. I already register for MGL with registration number 1700020248. person from their department contact me by mobile for next procedure of cheque and document filling. but he never came to collect it. whenever i called that person he gave me time to come home n collect all document. i always waiting for him in my house by left all my other works but he never came. his name is anil singh mobile number 9321715498.
