My name is Pancham Toppo and I had booked one bath tub (prestige) and bathroom fittings, in the month of January. Total coasting INR 1, 31, 000/- . Full payment has been made and I have been told that It will be delivered soon. From last 4 days I have been ringing the staffs regarding delivery of the items. Everyday they say that it will be delivered today itself but still it has not been delivered. This is very sad state of affair which is affecting the goodwill of FUTURE VALUES and my pre fixeded programmes as well. Please look into the matter so that the business relationship doesn't remain unpleasant.
