I wish to know how can i file a complaint against a mover and packer who has promised to deliver the consignment in 5 days, hand written but has still not delivered after 1.5 months. After aggressive follow-ups, he had then given the same to another delivery agent who refuses to do the home delivery and setting it up for which i have already paid to the initial packer and mover
