Hi,

This is Anupam Bani.

I have several complaints reagrding EUREKA FORBES

Firslty, I have given request for address change but its has not been updated in your records yet.

My new address : 703 Jupiter Appt, Shimpoli Chikoowadi, Boriwali (W) but still old address of andheri is updated.

Secondly, I have signed an agreement in the month of Aug so that i will get services twice a year regarding purifier change. Almost 8 months has been passed away but no executive has visited us. Whenever we are calling your helpline... there is no proper response... every executive says that they are forwarding my complaint... and when ever i want my call to be transfeered to supervisor... they are giving me some phone no on which nobody is available...

I m feel like cheated...

Pls HELP as this is a serious issue now...

If m not getting the purified water what's the point of having an aquaguard... just to make us feel that we r drinking a non purified water from a purifier...
