Compansation of repair time daley

Respected sir, meri mahindra maxximo mini truck ka engine under warrnty date~08/12 ko fail ho gya jisey repair ke liye jattari auto sales ke workshop allapur road khair bypass Alligarh per date 09/12 ko chhorhi thi. Meri mahindra maxximo mini truck aaj date-16/01 tak bhitheek nahi ho paye hai.jis ke karan mujhey Rs. 25000 ki financial hani huye hai.aap se Anurodh hai ki applicant ko same loss ka as per mahindra & mahindra compansation diya jaye.otherwise I will go to consumer corte. THANKS
