I, named No 14826852K Sep/MT Jadhav Mahadev Kondiram am presently posted in 946 Tpt Coy ASC Type `C'. As per the records maintained by PAO (OR) ASC, reflected in the monthly statement of account is 744 Tpt Coy (3 Ton/Jeep). My unit is erraneously entered 744 Tpt Coy (3 Ton/Jeep) instead of 946 Tpt Coy ASC Type `C'.

Therefore, you are requested to do the necessary ammendment to avoid further hardship of my documentation. Part II orders regarding the posting is already fwd to you.
