Maintenance Services by Vipul and Ansal in Sunshine County
Very compressional and poor services

I am sorry to say that there is very poor and nonprofessional services by Ansal and Vipul Facility Management (ISO 9001:2000 Certified Company) in Sunshine County Kundli Sonepat. Here we have to request staff many times for small issue even then there is no solution. Here staff thinks that family living here has no meaning for Vipul and Ansal. Builder has taken illegaly 4 lac by incrasing area on papers two times but has not provided basic facilities here like

1 There is no landline connection as Ansal dont want to sepnd on fiiting despite no mobile network has proper sgnal range here

2 My bathroom glass window has no chitkani to close- just 5 rs think but not provided even after 15 days of complain

3 Ansal has tie up with tata sky and installed central dishes on all 17 towers but dishes dont work many times and we are forced to leave without watching tv even no solution after many complains

4 There is no internal wiring for tv only point has been provided in all rooms but internal cable is missing

5 Swimming pool is here but w/o water

6 First aid room w/o doctor /medicine

7 No facility to buy daily use products

I request Ansal and VIPUL to provide proper services or stop giving possession to new families as all families will suffer
