Store manager's behaviour towards custome

The behaviour of the store manager (Mr. Deepak Sharma) at marks and spencer ambience mall, gurgaon is very rude and embarrasing and non coopreative. He thinks himself to be the owner of the store and he told me that he has a right to choose his customers and he can decide to whom he should sell the product and whom he shouldn't. they had a scheme running that if your billing amount exceeds Rs 2000 then there is a discount of Rs 250.when i asked for the discount he said it is valid on next purchase or u should have put in your bill in two.but that scheme also i incedently saw they never told me. My billing amount was around 5000 bugs.talked to the manager and he said no this scheme is just now over you can just walk off . i will not give u any discount and it is my store i will return the money i will not sell anything to u .like this i will have to give discount to everybody .its my wish to who ever i want to issue the discount book.he told his salesman at the counter u return their money and dont give them any thing i dont expect such behavior from MARKS AND SPENCER
