I have been trying to get a Micromax Q7 mobile panel. I Have been calling your Chennai service center regularly. I dropped the phone just once from my chair to the floor and the screen broke into pieces. The quality of your phone is extremely bad and pathetic. Their can be no such word as durability be associated with your Q7 Micromax mobile phone. IT is an absolute waste of money for the customer. Your service centre is even worst as the only answer I get is we have ordered the stock and it has not come in yet. Can you guys at least give the customer some customer service?
