Hi,
I've purchased a Micromax Gravity X600 in January Within 3 months the touch has gone, I went to Micromax check point at Apollo dubai Plaza, chennai for on warranty service, They even accepted its manufacturing defect and committed me to repair within 7 to 10 days.
Its already 1 month, I am keep running towards the service centre and they are just showing a plea that the parts has not been delivered by the company to them.
I am sending the product and the Job card details, Request to send a reminder to the service point to repair and send it as soon as possible.
