Micromax cervice centre did not return my handset

Dear sir,

i have purchased a handset of micromax x600 bought in may went completely dead all of a sudden in june. So, I gave the handset for repair to M/S Micromax service centre, kalyani, shukala complex Dist. Muzaffarpur, bihar.

When i submitted my handset to micromax service centre they take 6 days to solve my problem.

After 10 days, i went to recover my handset, they take 10 days to return, again they take few days. Now it has become more 127 days then

cervice centre did not return my handset. My handset is in WARRANTY. Also, they do not give me proper DELIVERY DATE.
