Sir,

this is to complaint you that we have already payed the insertion charges for landline, modem and ip tv which were rs.1750 while taking connection on 21-10-11... but the connection was disconnected due to the dissatisfactory services of iptv and the connection has been reinstalled in 16th march after the payment of bill of rs 530 recieved from residential... by the reciept no 6005247..which was to be continued with the next month payment but now we are again charged with rs 2890 with the addition of new connection fee of rs 1750..which we want to be deducted so that we can pay our accurate bill and please send ur employ to recieve this bil.
