I had purchase a MTS Blaze post paid data card on 26 february but not yet activated nor refund. When I talk to the concerned people from where I purchase the data card they told that my address is of negative area thats why it will not activate and they told me to it refund within 7 working days but the day pass and not anything happen even they not pick my phone.
Please help me regarding this.
