Disconnection of fixed land line 01614638431

Dear customer Care,

I want to disconnect my fixed land line no. 0161-4638431. I have already conveyed the massage to the Customer Care on 14th of April on 11.30 A.M. The customer care executives were Pallawi and Varsha. The ref. no. is 131158816. Second request on 19.04.10 to Mr. Rahul, ref no. 31750018.

But still the no. is not disconnected. If in any bill after 17.04.10 will be provided of this number in future. I will not be resposnsible for that and not pay any amount. For that only Airtel is responsible for any bill.
