The AC was purchased from E-zone 1st Floor Big Bazaar Milan Mall (Santa Cruz W). The AC stopped working on Oct t was repaired in Dec after two months after more than 50 complaints made every day for nearly two months. It has been 3 months from the repair on 30/04 the AC stoped working is not working and after we contacted Koryo they came checked it said the compressor is not working and has to replaced after and as it is under warranty they said will be replacing it. It has been 20 days from the day it stopped working, when ever we contact koryo they say the compressor has not yet come from Bangalore and we have forwarded a mail. Honestly i don't know to do with the worst customer service and company ever.
