I consumer bearing no 25365, has booked for refill of gas on 10th OCT with the new SMS booking system introduced by IOCL for Indane gas booking (Reference no 275335). Immediately the very next day I got a message stating that cash memo bearing no 4619 has been generated. After few days (on 18th OCT) I got another SMS stating that the gas cylinder has been delivered. But till datae I have not received the same. When tried to contact the distributor M/s MV Enterprises Avadi (044-26551554) they are in no mood to answer me. I have also registered by complaint by informing the customer service no.044-24339236, 46. The response is that we will look into it. What should I do next to over come these situations now and in future.
