Fake jewellery

Dear, sir

i have purchased a jewellery.according to the add of the naaptol in maharastra times newspaper the jewelery was 100%made of pure pearl, but after order i found that it was totally fake and also defective.after calling their customer care and asking for refund they told me that money cannot be refunded of the product.for replacement they told me to courier it to hyedrabad at aditya infotek, but i want my money back.then what to do. MY ORDER NUMBER WAS_245503.
