Hi,
I bought new saree (dated 11/09 from chandi chok) to gift to my mother (who stay in home town, Assam) for the Durga Puja festival. I have done the pico and attached the false to the saree from a tailor and then given the saree to dry clean. When I went to collect the saree today, I found the saree totally destroyed. The dry cleaner refuse to replace the saree nor wants to pay the amount for the saree. As a result I will not be able to present the saree to my mother in the durga puja festival as I will be travelling on 7th Oct (new delhi to dibrugarh Rajdhani at 9.30 am 7/10) to my home town and no time to go for shopping.
The new saree has been destroyed completely and now I should be paid complete amount of the saree or replace with same saree. The owner is so rude, neither he wants to replace nor wants to pay for the saree.
